Changed your mind? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the next step before anything is sent back.

Return conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags included.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method, within 14 days.

Please wait for return approval before sending your item back. Return shipping is arranged with you when we approve your return.
Your right of withdrawal (氓ngerr盲tt)
As a consumer buying online you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason (Lag 2005:59 om distansavtal 路 EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Notify us before the period expires, then return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods sealed for hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken.

The standard EU model withdrawal form. Complete it only if you wish to withdraw. You may also send a clear written statement to contact@vintelli.se.

Separate from the right of withdrawal, your statutory rights under Konsumentk枚plagen (2022:260) apply: if an item is not as described (fel i varan) you may be entitled to a remedy, price reduction, or cancellation. These rights are in addition to your right of withdrawal.
