1. About us

These terms govern purchases made on vintelli.se, operated by Vintelli AB, org. nr 559507-5838, registered at Konserthusgatan 11 A, Lgh 1202, 578 31 Aneby, Sweden. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

All items on Vintelli are second-hand luxury fashion authenticated and priced by us. Each item is unique and sold individually. Condition is described per item; photographs are taken of the actual piece.

Vintelli is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with or authorised by the brands whose products we sell. Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices displayed are inclusive of Swedish VAT (25%) for consumers within the EU. Second-hand goods are sold under the VAT margin scheme (marginalbeskattning) where applicable. VAT is calculated on our margin, not the full sale price, and cannot be reclaimed as input tax.

Retail reference prices shown (“Retail approx.”) are sourced from publicly available brand retail data and provided as neutral context only. They are not a “was” price and do not imply a saving.

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where available, so there is normally nothing to pay on delivery. Any charges not collected at checkout are payable to the carrier on arrival.

4. Ordering

A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item has been sold in-store simultaneously (single-unit second-hand stock). In that event you will be notified and refunded in full within 5 business days.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

6. Delivery

We ship to the markets listed at checkout. Orders are prepared within 24 hours and dispatched within 48 hours, sent tracked with UPS or PostNord. Your tracking link arrives in the confirmation email.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

As a consumer purchasing online you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish and EU law. Full details, including the withdrawal form, are on our returns page.

8. Complaints

If an item does not match its description, contact us within a reasonable time. Under Konsumentköplagen you have rights regarding items that are not as described.

9. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes directly. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may refer the matter to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes.

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
